Beach Tai Chi & Qigong Classes Available

We have moved to North Beach Park at Sapphire and N Atlantic
On the beach, New Smyrna Beach, FL

Weather permitting.

(Suggested Donations - $5 per class/$40 per month)

Note: Parking enforcement starts at 9 am, residents register your car with NSB for free parking pass or parking permit. Otherwise free parking is along the street's grassy area west of the parking lot.

Dress for the weather, comfortable layers, sunglasses and drinking water are suggested.

Inside Classes Sponsored by New Smyrna Beach Parks & Recreation are held in the room attached to the NSB City gym, on Live Oak, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32168. These classes are with Audrey Hartz.

Pay per class $7 or $24 Monthly (4 classes)

Wednesdays

11 am to NOON, Yang style 24 forms and Qigong

12:30 to 1:30 pm. Tai Chi Easy, An easy to learn Tai Chi with 5 movements, and Qigong.

It can be done standing or sitting.

You can switch from one class to another if you want to.

New students, please come in 10 minutes early to sign up.
